Jenifer Sunrise WinterJenifer Sunrise Winter is a Professor in the School of Communication and Information and Co-Director of the Pacific Information and Communication Technology for Development Collaborative (PICTDC) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Her research addresses data governance and policy related to big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). She is interested in data governance, as well as a range of projects that address information and communication technologies (ICT) and data for social good.
